Have we begun to prepare for it? And what more might we do?

The new formation guidelines are a powerful preparation that is happening.
Guiding those in formation through having them in groups and communities.
Helping laity discern whether they are called to Carmel.
Preparing by calling the isolates into communities.
We need more bonding opportunity with the community.
We need more spiritual directors!!
There should be smaller numbers in community.
Incorporate more of isolate study in combination with monthly meeting.
Give training to third order members for spiritual directing so they can be spiritual directors.
We are preparing as we are organizing on the regional and national level.
Have the Brothers go to community or groups to give occasional teaching.
Assign a priest or brother to each community.
Close down groups that are not Carmel…They are more like prayer groups.
